The Albanian Organization or the Order of Malta undertakes several humanitarian activities to assist communities in need, especially Roma and Egyptian ones. The contribution this time was for Kujtime and her son Leonel.
On the World Day of the Sick, the volunteers and the First Aid Team of the Albanian Organization of the Order of Malta have been part of the activities held by the Catholic Church.
With the request of the 9-year school “Zemra e Krishtit” and in the framework of joint and successful activities with the schools of the city, the Albanian Organization of the Order of Malta has restarted its trainings on First Aid with students the 9-year school “Zemra e Krishtit”.
As always, carnivals brought a different atmosphere for the city of Shkodra. Besides an invitation to start the liturgical season of Lent, the whole city experienced the festive colours in the city streets, already turned into an unchanged tradition, with parades of people dressed in various costumes and wearing masks, with songs, dances, and different jokes, finalized with the burning of the scarecrow, as the final sign of the evil disappearance among men.
