On November, 2-6, 2015, the Albanian Organization of the Order of Malta participated in the last study visit of the project “Skillful youth worker: the best motivation for your volunteers”, where it takes part as a partner of Erasmus+. This study visit held in Cluj Napocia, Rumania.
The aim of these study visits has been the improving of (young) social workers’ competences and the motivation of young volunteers in their engagement in social activities, addressed to the youth workers from Order of Malta Organizations in Albania, Czech Republic, Romania and Ukraine, which are working with volunteers engaged in social work. The project is leaded by the Czechs partners, it ends at the end of this year and is financed by Erasmus+/agency of EU.
There were 5 volunteers of the Albanian Organization of the Order of Malta taking part in this study visit in Cluj Napocia, Rumania, where all the participants worked to finish the several topics of Erasmus + meetings, such as on assessment, supervision, motivation, completing Toolbox, etc. It A was also showed the video of the Summer School/Camp, Velipoja 2015, which is yearly organized by the Albanian Organization of the Order of Malta.
During the stay, the participants could see and be informed about different projects held by the Rumanian Organization. An interesting visit was held in the premises of the project “Daily Center for Disabled People”.
At the end, the volunteers of the Albanian Organization of the Order of Malta had the opportunity to visit the botanic garden, the historic and the cultural center of Cluj Napoca.
