This year Malteser Albania decided to celebrate the Women’s day, on March 8, with a group of women, patients of the Mental Hospital in Shkodra. The feast was celebrated in two places: in the Mental Hospital and in the Kolping Center.
On this day, some of Malteser volunteers and staff first went to the Hospital. There they celebrated with 20 women, offering them cakes and enjoying with them, for these women could feel the atmosphere of the feast.
After, Malteser moved to the Kolping Center to celebrate with the other group of women, still patients of the Mental Hospital. Even there they offered to these women, cakes and enjoyed with them.
The women were very happy, because they felt the atmosphere of the feast as all the women who celebrate this day.
