The Malteser Community Center “Old is Gold” is a center that has been serving the third age since 2017 and has been designed in such a way that the beneficiaries of the project learn and recognize their values and the importance they have for the community.
The center provides a family environment for them, creating and maintaining social relationships so that they feel more fulfilled with their lives and spend time effectively for their health.
Enabling fun activities for them in the premises of the center and outside it makes them spend their time in the most attractive and satisfying ways.

Purpose:

• The Center’s program aims to improve the social life of the target group by providing a safe environment for them to meet and socialize in a context that is positive and conducive to a healthier and more fulfilled life.
• Improving the quality of life for the elderly by facilitating their access to public services such as infrastructure and social support systems.
