The summer-school camp, which is organized in the Velipoja beach lasts for a month, with the participation of Roma and Egyptian children, children from remote areas, who are given the opportunity to enjoy summer vacation. Besides the possibility of entertainment with different games and activities, the camp is also a school for the participants.
Besides their entertaining activities, the volunteers also organize educational activities, one of which is refreshing the knowledge on First Aid for the volunteers themselves.
This year, even the children of the third shift were part of receiving the basic knowledge on first aid. This was accomplished through an informal training. Children have learned first steps on how to provide first aid if needed. Basic knowledge was obtained through various themed games on first aid, games held in the wonderful place of the Malteser Camp.
