The International Summer Camp of the Order of Malta for disabled youth took place in Salzburg, Austria. From 22th to 29th July, the city of Mozart, known for its baroque architecture, hosted about 500 young guests coming from more than 27 countries.
The Albanian Organization of the Order of Malta participated for the first time in this international event.
The Malteser Albania team experienced unforgettable moments within a week. In addition to their day-to-day engagement, they had the opportunity to visit museums, wander around the city and participate in the “International Night” where every nation unfolded its traditions.
Participation in this activity was impressive not only for young disabled people but also for Malteser Albania volunteers who had the opportunity to share information about activities and projects with members of other organizations of the Order of Malta around the world.
