It is the third year that on November 28, the traditional marathon Ulcinj – Shkodër is held in honor of the Independence Day of Albania and our national Flag Day.
This year Shkodra was the host of the athletes, a considerable number from the Country and the Region, who started their marathon from the small beach of Ulcinj and finished it in Shkodra, after speeches held by organizers and leaders of the activity in question.
All the participants of the competition were welcomed in the Municipality of Shkodra, in the Office of the Mayer, Mr. Lorenc Luka, while the winners were awarded with modest gifts.
At the request of the Municipality of Shkodra, even this year the Malteser Albania First Aid Teams was requested to assist the activity from Ulcinj toward Shkodra.
