The Youth Pastoral Commission of the Diocese of Shkodra – Pult, has launched the project of animators’ formation for the year 2014-2015.
The objectives of this training are: assisting in the development and deepening of knowledge and competences in the field of animation and in taking initiatives which hold strong human values and development in the countries where they live.The program for the animators’ formation consists of three weekends and a training camp. The theoretical training is organized in the social, cultural and animation field, while the practical training is based in the organization of a series of atelier reflection, creativity, theater and games.
In the first formation more attention is paid to the knowledge and experience exchange among the young participants, groups and centers, and certain knowledge is given in the field of animation, various games are held, etc.
Part of this training is Malteser Youth, since it is a very active Catholic group in various activities organized by Malteser Albania with children of different ages who come from marginalized families.
