It is the fourth year that on November 28, the traditional marathon Shkodër – Ulcinj, is held in honor of the Day of Independence of Albania and the day of our national flag.
This year Ulcinj was the host party of the athletes, who started their competition from the Municipality of Shkodra towards the small beach of Ulcinj, under the participation of a group of runners, from the country and region, after speeches delivered by the organizers and leaders of this activity.
All the participants of the competition were welcomed then in the Municipality of Ulcinj. The winners were awarded with modest gifts.
Even this year the Municipality of Shkodra requested the assistance of the First Aid Team and the ambulance of the “Albanian Organization of the Order of Malta” with the ambulance, who accompanied the race all the way Shkodër – Ulcinj.
