Shkodra has dressed the veil of year-end feasts, not only with the city decorations, but also with various activities.
The Municipality of Shkodra, in collaboration with Malteser Albania, Social Services, “The Door”, Vernice Art and “Project Hope” have organized different activities during December 24 to 31, under the title “Shkodra celebrates”.

These activities include a parade on the main streets of the city; symbolic gift distribution; visits to orphanages, to the home for the elderly, the Development Center; an activity and distribution of gifts for the Roma community; visit to the pediatrician and distribution of gifts, concerts and games on the streets, which will be concluded with the parade with “sleigh” on the city’s main streets, giving people the joy of celebrating not only with their relatives, but also with other known and unknown people.Malteser Albania has become part of this great event. Its volunteers, two of whom dressed as “Santa Claus” and a clown, have walked on the streets of the city, offering symbolic gifts and entertaining children. They also offered gifts and entertained the children of the orphanages 0-3 years old, 3-6 years old and 6-16 years old.
Other activities will be held until December 31, with a concluding parade and feasts wishes.
