Today Pristina was proudly awakened. Its streets were buzzing by the faithful, personalities and guests, who, following the footsteps of each other, were headed to the Cathedral of the Blessed Mother Teresa. It was the celebration of the 10th anniversary of the Beatification of Mother Teresa and 1700th anniversary of the Edict of Milan.
The solemn hymn invited the Catholic clergy to enter the Cathedral for the magnificent ceremony. This celebration was led by the Special Delegate of Pope Francis, H.E. Monsignor Francesco Canalini, together with the Bishop of Kosovo, Msgr. Dodë Gjergji and other bishops and priests who had come from Albania, Kosovo, Montenegro and other Albanian territories. Opposite, there were different state personalities and countless faithful who had filled the cathedral.
