With the request of Fr. Antonio Bozza, parish priest of Boriç – Vrakë (a village in Malësi e Madhe), Malteser was asked to assist with the First Aid Team the Holy Mass of June 13, feast of St. Anthony.
There are some years that Malteser is present in this village with its First Aid Team, where a great number of pious faithful are present in the ruins of the church.
The feast of St. Anthony, a worldwide celebration, and celebrated in Albania, from Catholic, Orthodox and Muslim people, is one of the greatest feasts celebrated in June 13, and it gathers hundreds and thousands of people in churches dedicated to this Saint, especially in the sanctuary dedicated to this Saint in Laç of Kurbin.
