The Lent season as everywhere is marked by many spiritual activities and prayers. Staff and volunteers of the Albanian Organization of the Order of Malta participated not only in the activities specified in their calendar, but also in other spiritual activities and actions.
One of the activities is the Station of the Cross. Malteser volunteers and staff have been part of the believers of our city.
The prayer of the Station of the Cross was held on Friday, April 14 at 20:00 p.m led by Dom. Artur Jaku followed by Msgr. Angelo Massafra Archbishop of Shkodër – Pult, priests, nuns and lay people.
Also this year, testimonies of martyrs of the Albanian Catholic Church were read during the Station of the Cross, which was held from S. Stephan Cathedral to the Catholic cemetery. The Malteser volunteers prayed the 4th station.
There were 40 staff members and volunteers of the Albanian Organization of the Order of Malta taking part.
