What distinguishes the Albanian Organization of the Order of Malta from other organizations operating in Albania and in Shkodra, is the large number of volunteers, who are girls and boys who participate in different activities at a national level and beyond. They are the vivid part of the whole organization and our society.
One of the objectives of the Albanian Organization of the Order of Malta is the empowerment of youth in the region through education and volunteering.
On November 19, 2015, within many activities for its volunteers, in cooperation with the RINI ALBANIA (Headhunter), in Tirana, the Albanian Organization of the Order of Malta has launched a series of trainings for the Malteser volunteers, part of which are even the young Roma and Egyptian people.
The training will pass through three modules.
During the first module these topics treated:
– Preparing CVs and letters of interest
– Job interview and secrets for a successful implementation
– How to get a job interview
During this module, the volunteers improvised job interviews, guided by an expert trainer. They also gave their judgment about their friends’ performance. At the end of the training, the volunteers were delivered certificates.
