December 5th is known as the World Volunteer Day, established by the United Nations since 1985. The purpose of this day is to give thanks to the volunteers for their efforts in the community and to raise awareness of the general public to contribute to society.
Within the day, 7 volunteers have been invited by the national TV Rozafa in a special program on the Volunteer Day. For about one hour they have confessed about the activities, experiences and projects in which they are involved, reasons they have decided to contribute and volunteer for the Organization, their engagement in voluntary work etc. Among other things, the volunteers have urged all young people of the region to become part of volunteering, being engaged in the welfare of the individuals and the whole society.
